These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the eSubidha website and services. By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Use of eSubidha

eSubidha provides online services through which users can submit documents and request eligible printing, PVC card or related services displayed on the platform.

2. Account

Some services may require an account. You must provide information that is accurate and reasonably current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for activity carried out through your account.

3. Documents and User Authorization

You must upload only documents that you own, are authorized to use, or are otherwise legally permitted to submit for the requested service.

You are responsible for ensuring that the document, personal details, photograph and other information supplied by you are correct. eSubidha is not responsible for errors originating from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the user.

4. Service Orders

When you place an order, the selected service, document, quantity, price, applicable charges and delivery information are used to process that order. An order may pass through stages such as processing, printing, ready-to-ship, shipped and delivered.

An order is subject to successful payment and the operational acceptance of the requested service.

5. Pricing and Payment

Prices and applicable charges are displayed during the ordering process. Payment must be completed through the available payment method before an order requiring advance payment is processed.

Payment transactions may be handled by a third-party payment gateway and may be subject to that provider's terms and policies.

6. Order Processing and Delivery

Processing and delivery times may vary depending on the selected service, document verification requirements, production workload, courier service and delivery location.

Once an order is handed over for shipment, delivery may also depend on the applicable logistics provider. Tracking information may be provided when available.

7. Changes, Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation, refund or order-change requests may depend on the current processing stage of the order. Once production or printing has started, changes or cancellation may not always be possible.

Any eligible refund will be handled according to the applicable order status, payment conditions and eSubidha's refund process.

8. Document Security and Retention

We take reasonable steps to protect documents submitted through the platform. Uploaded files may be retained only as reasonably necessary for service fulfilment, operational records and security requirements and may be purged thereafter.

9. Prohibited Use

You must not use eSubidha to:

• submit documents or information without proper authorization;
• impersonate another person or misrepresent information;
• upload unlawful, malicious or harmful content;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or its systems; or
• use the platform for any purpose prohibited by applicable law.

10. Intellectual Property

The eSubidha name, branding, website interface, original content and platform components are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit them without appropriate authorization.

11. Availability

We aim to keep eSubidha available and reliable, but temporary downtime, maintenance, technical failures or third-party service interruptions may occur.

12. Limitation

To the extent permitted by applicable law, eSubidha will not be responsible for losses caused by inaccurate information supplied by the user, unauthorized use of an account, events outside reasonable operational control, or failures of independent third-party services.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions when the platform, services or applicable requirements change. Continued use of the website after an updated version is published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms, subject to applicable law.
